1. How to Cancel Your Inner Circle Membership
(Including the 7-Day Trial)
You do not need to email support to cancel your membership! You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel your trial instantly via our secure self-service portal.

Important Renewal Policy:
Cancellation Timing: If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your renewal date (or before Day 7 of your trial) to avoid being charged.
Refunds on Renewals: As this is a digital service with immediate access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed. Please ensure you cancel prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
2. Physical Journals (Money-Back Guarantee)
We want our journals to be the best possible experience for you. If you are not 100% happy with your physical journal purchase for any reason, we would be happy to process a full refund.

📦 No Return Necessary: To save you the hassle and cost of shipping, you do not need to ship the journal back to us.
If you requested a refund but still have the book, we kindly ask that you gift it to a friend, family member, or donate it to a local library or shelter.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once our team processes a refund, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
