My tracking hasn't updated in a few days.Updated 19 days ago

Why isn't my tracking link updating?

USPS typically picks up packages from our fulfillment centre within 1-2 business days.

If your tracking shows “Shipping Label Created” for 3-5 days, the package is likely on its way, but USPS hasn’t updated the tracking yet. If this message remains unchanged after 5 days, the package may have been lost in transit.

If your tracking shows “In Transit – Arriving Late” for more than 5 days, and there are no listed service interruptions, the package may also be lost.

If you suspect that your package may be lost, please contact support with your name, email, address, and order number. We’ll send a replacement package right away.

Service Alerts and Delays

Please note the following information regarding delays and service alerts:

  • For any destination affected by a service alert or international delay, please allow for an additional 7-14 business days for the order to be received.
  • Please note that the delays listed may not cover all issues affecting your destination country. We recommend consulting your local couriers' service alerts for more up-to-date information regarding their service, even for those not listed below.
  • Shipping times may be different during the holiday season.
